Your planner has deep relationships with a vast number of vendors. She can sometimes secure dates where other cannot. Even if your venue isn’t quite nailed down, you’ll still want to reserve a florist, event rentals, linens, photographer, and other key event elements. This is especially true of our California Weddings whether they are in San Francisco, Napa Valley (Wine Country) or Sonoma (Wine Country).

We suggest the bride and groom select their wedding party as early as possible as the size of the wedding party is taken into account when creating a wedding budget. Choosing your wedding party is always such a fun and sentimental moment.
Inspiration Boards
Creating an inspiration board of all things wedding is a fun and creative way to pre-plan. Both big dreams and tiny details can be posted to your board about aesthetics, colors, things that are a ‘must’ and newly found ideas that speak to you.
Honeymoon planning
At this phase in the wedding planning process most couples are starting to think about their honeymoon. Where to go? For how long? With current Covid-19 times there may be limitations on which countries to travel to so similar to the wedding planning the earlier you start the better. You want to have a few options in case your dream honeymoon destination opens up and you can adjust your plans for the location of your choice. It is your honeymoon after all!
Bachelorette & BACHELOR PARTY planning
Undoubtedly one of the most fun elements of a wedding, besides the big day are the bachelorette and bachelor parties. Most couples plan these anywhere from 3-6 months prior to a wedding.
WEDDING PARTY ATTIRE
After the bride has picked her dress and the wedding parties are firmed up it’s always fun to start thinking about what you want your wedding party to where. Will this be a formal black tie wedding or more of a casual beach front wedding with Tommy Bahama Shirts and Khaki pants.
